Return Window

  • Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns requested after this period may not be accepted and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Product Condition

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.

  • Personalized or custom-made items (engraving, custom scents, special sizes, etc.) cannot be returned.

  • Fragrance products, including candles, room sprays, perfumes, and similar items, cannot be returned once opened or if the seal is broken, for hygiene and quality reasons.

    • To help with this, MOSA products are sealed or shrink-wrapped, and we recommend customers check the seal before opening.

    • Once the seal is broken, it is considered used, and we cannot accept a return.

Gifts

  • If a product was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a gift certificate for the same value.

  • If the product wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, any refund will be sent directly to the gift giver.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days.


Last…If a fragrance isn’t right for you

I know everyone’s scent preferences are different. Because fragrance products are used once opened, we cannot accept returns. However, if you find a scent really doesn’t work for you, please reach out. I’m happy to discuss with you and offer a discount on a different scent or a store credit, so you can still enjoy MOSA products without the hassle or cost of returning the item. My goal is for every customer to have a truly enjoyable fragrance experience.
